Hi there. Do you realise that you’ve posted one of your reader’s personal contact information in a public online forum that can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection? I’m tagging this for staff so they can delete that information. Please be more careful when posting to the support forum in future.
As for the email, that’s how they’re formatted. You can also see this information in the Feedback section of the WP-Admin dashboard, where the formatting is more organised.

Relax, that’s my contact information.
Sorry to hear that the formatting is so terrible and the options so limited. Thanks anyway.

Even if it’s your own information, you shouldn’t post it in this forum. Staff will remove it for you.
I’m afraid there’s no way for us to format any email notifications on WordPress.com, but staff will see your feedback on this when they get to this thread.

I can’t help with the email formatting, but you can also see the feedback info on your dashboard and it’s easier to read
https://ffmwebsite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback
You can also download it there into a CSV file so you can see the applications in a spreadsheet.
Hope that helps.
