Fix mobile theme (Lodestar)

  I have a couple things I’d like to change on the mobile version of my site.

  1. Make the header image a bit taller in height
  2. Fix the font sizes of the title and tagline (the proportion is off)

  Could someone let me know how to go about changing these things without throwing off the desktop design?
