fix of Defer unused css and other google page speed issues

    Hi!

    I have optimized my WordPress websites with plugins like WP rocket.
    But still there were some issues like

    – defer unused css
    – Reduce server response times (TTFB)
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources — for this /recaptcha/api.js(www.google.com) only
    – Ensure text remains visible during webfont load
    – Minimize main-thread work

    I would like to what are the ways to fix these issues in WordPress based websites?
