Fix the Help Form & Forum Posts

I went to https://wordpress.com/help/contact thinking I could contact staff for help with an issue. It asked only for a subject and a description of what I’m trying to do. After I filled it out, I saw that it only gave me the option to “ask in forum”.

I clicked the button thinking it would redirect me to the forum and open up a new post with the information I typed already populated and I could then edit it before publishing it. Instead, it published the question as is.

    My complaint:

    1) It automatically added a link to my blog to the forum post. I didn’t want it there and I wasn’t given the option not to add it. If the help form is going to publish directly to the forum, it should have all of the options that would be available if we were creating a new post directly on the forum ourselves.

    2) I don’t see a way to edit forum posts, so I can’t edit that post after the fact. Please add the ability to edit posts unless it’s already there and I just can’t access it for some reason.

    Thanks!
