Fix the problem’oops !!!You do not have enough credit’

  I installed and activate the razorpay plugin.and i perfectly and api key and secret key in woocommerce /payment setting section.
  Now the tab of razopay payment getaway is showings but whenever my customer is clicking to pay this pop up Window is coming out’oops you do not have enough credit’ .

  Please solve this problem .Every year I pay for WordPress hosting ,i hope you give me good service
