Fix the scrolling issue when writing a blog entry?

The format of the writing page changed and the wordpress page is now not fixed, but scrolls along with the text. This is really challenging for formatting and editing, is there a way to fix that outer content so the only thing that can be scrolled is the text from the blog itself??

If I understand correctly, the issue is that when trying to scroll up and down within a post, the entire page scrolls (not just the post text), making it difficult to edit a post. Is that correct? If so, could you provide the following details?
- What device are you using to create the post (desktop, iPad app, etc)?
- Can you let me know the URL in the address bar when you’re creating a new post? It should be either:
https://thecautiousmom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=####&action=editor
- Does the problem persists through multiple browsers? (Chrome, Firefox, etc)

Hey Jeremy, that is exactly correct. The thing is, it’s only on THIS blog. I have another one set up under a different account and it doesn’t do it.

I have not tried other browsers, I’ve been using Google Chrome since I started this blog. I can go ahead and see if it does it there too just for comparison’s sake, though if you think it’s necessary, but I really don’t prefer the other, available browsers.
