Fixed comment box width, help please!

  Hello everyone, I need some help, maybe someone of you know.
  At my website, comment boxes can be resized to right side, I want to make it’s width unresizable, is it possible, and how to do that?

  It would require some CSS experience and the paid CSS upgrade.
