Fixed Header for Superhero

  Could someone please help me out in explaining how the header of my website can be made to stay fixed so that when I scroll down it stays at the top??
  I have tried researching about it on the net, and found codes, and have pasted them in the “CSS” section but it doesn’t work!
  Please guys this is the 6th time I am posting this.
