  Exactly like the one in “givingpress.com”
  how do I make one?
  Plugins?

  I may try to use that givingpress lite theme a try.

  Hi there! GivingPress is not compatible with WordPress.com, so to use that, you would need a self-hosted WordPress site. This page has a quick overview of the differences between the WordPress options: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Here on WordPress.com, the themes available for use can be browsed here: https://wordpress.com/themes/ (Sort at the top to narrow down the options by the features you’re looking for.)

  Gateway has a menu that sticks to the top when you scroll down the page. And Maisha is a nice nonprofit inspired theme. (There are lots more to browse at the themes link above, but those two jumped out in my mind based on what you mentioned.)
