Fixed -non dynamic pages

Hello, how can I create a non blog page to make my blog look like its a static website without having the blog show up upon arrival to my URL?
I am trying to make a three page website in which my blog is part of but not the way it is where its primarily a blog with three fixed pages that look like the blog and are under the parent of the blog.
Am I making make sense?Thank you.

Hi there – Sure! I see you’ve done this now.
You might want to disable comments on the page. You’ll need to edit the page and find the Discussion module here, below the editor:
http://cl.ly/image/3G35052g350iIf you don’t see the Discussion module there, click the Screen Options tab in the upper-right corner of that screen and put a check next to ‘Comments’ in the box that expands:
