Fixing Domains that have country in name

    I have installed wordpress on a server and the domain for the web site has county added to the domain name.
    Wordpress changes the url to an ip address instead of maintaining the domain on the URL line.
    I am running 3.4.1 currently.
    The domain is “ideabox.us.fujitsu.com” and after the first page shows as ip address.
    Is there a way to fix this?
    I know I will have to go through database and files to change this from IP to domain after the domain is fixed.
