Fixing Donation receipts

    Currently the woocommerce system issues a ‘product purchase’ receipt when a ‘donation’ is made. This needs fixing and I have been trying for a week to get help.

    The site is http://www.atomicbiology.com and this is not about the blog, it is about donation/purchase system giving a ‘purchase’ receipt when a ‘donation’ is made.

    Please contact WooCommerce Support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not. Someone from their support team will be able to help.

    I am getting very frustrated with trying to get support with a significant problem with this arrangement. Getting help from woocommerce is not happening. Instructions are wrong or unclear, leading to dead ends. Cannot get a chat going with any support although it is supposed to be available worldwide. Please call or email or just fix the problem so that donors through WooCommerce Donation actually get a “donation” receipt instead of a “product purchase” receipt. This is costing us a lot of time and money.

    I appreciate your frustration, but we do not offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com, and we are not expert enough in it’s use to be able to help.

    Are you getting an error message of some kind when you try to fill that out? Or are you having difficulty logging into your WooCommerce account so you can correctly reach that page?
