  Hey, I have a question about my header.
  I dodn’t have a header image but I want my Icon to be seen when you scrool down the page. Is that possible?

  Hi there!

  Do you mean you would like to keep the title of your site fixed on top so that it is visible when scrolling down? If so, you would need some custom CSS code to achieve that. This is available in plan Premium:
