fixing header and sidebar on tweny ten theme?

  working on my blog
  and want to fix sidebar and header

  ideally – if possible i- want the header to work like this:
  on scrolling down only the header-jpg to be removed
  but blog title and menubar should still be visible

  sidebar should be fixed

  The Hum theme has a fixed sidebar. I’m not aware of any others. Creating a fixed sidebar on a WordPress.com website using CSS customization might be possible, but I’ve not heard of any recent fixes of this sort. You might want to consider going the WordPress.org self-hosted route, where you can add plugins.
