Hi –
That site is hosted by worldnic.com not WordPress.com. This means that you’re set up with the open source WordPress installation. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Most themes are mobile friendly be default. My suggestion is to find a theme that you like the mobile display of. It’s going to save you a ton of customization work.

Thank you! I put my question in the WordPress.org forum.
The theme is mobile friendly, it is just the site title that is too big on the mobile display. Do you have a suggestion on how to fix it?
It is the last block on the front page titled “HemoTheraputics”
