Fixing site width

  According to the speck of the current theme:
  – The main column width is 640; sidebar width is 275. Sight’s layout is responsive, meaning

  the columns adjust to fit smaller screen sizes

  .

  Is it possible to fix the site width in order not to be adjusted to fit smaller screen sizes?
