Flag Counter Help

Hello,
I’m trying to add a flag counter to my site, but everytime I try pasting the HTML code it comes up blank. I’ve tried putting it in the text widget and also the image widget. Can someone please help me? :)

Which counter are you trying to insert?
If you want to use Feedjit, this image tag should work:

Harry, posting code in the forums ONLY works if you put it between backticks, those little marks usually on the same key as the ~, So backtick, all the code, backtick.

Thanks for pointing that out. I edited harrythehandyman’s 2nd post.Using the exact code above will display Harry’s site visitor counts – you’ll need to go to http://flagcounter.com/ and get your own code using the widget there.

Thanks everyone, but when I get the code from flagcounter.com, it appears on my blog with my other posts. When I try to paste it into the widget area (under text or image) nothing happens–it is blank.) Does wordpress not allow this?

It’s an image tag, so it should be allowed.
I’m seeing a blank text widget when I go to your Widgets page. Was the code stripped out?Could you explain what you mean by:

Maybe you can leave the code and have us look at it.

It should work, unless you are trying to use a javascript version instead of an HTML version like Harry is using. Please post the exact code here between backticks so we can see it.
