Flags in Sidebar

  Hi,

  Brand new to WordPress. Just moved over from Blogger and wish i did YEARS ago.

  I found this blog:

  http://thereisanotherworld.wordpress.com

  And I want to duplicate what they have done in the sidebar with the countries and flags.

  Does anyone know how to do this?

  Those are local tag links. It looks like they just coded it by hand and put it in a text link, including uploading all of those flags to Photobucket.
