Flash for headers?

Well hello,
i was asking if you are able to let people use swf headers too, people that know how to use flash will appreciate, im not trying to force you do it, i am just sharing my ideas. It would be really cool! And if there is actually a way to do it another cool feature will be : On the custom header page where we upload it would be cool to be an option to remove the current theme buttons that lead you on the pages, because if people do a flash header and have buttons to lead you to the pages, it would be a really cool combination! I don’t know if i am asking too much because i don’t know what you can do, if you don’t have the ability to do that then it is ok, but think of my idea, lots of sites have flash headers.Thank You

uumm orbvab yes you are fine without it cause you don’t know how to use flash, i would say the same if i was you too. anyways i like people saying their thoughts

1. How do you know that? 2. Flash headers could open up the paths for spammers like mad, do we want to look like blogger does????

well if you dont watch out yes but not too many people our age know how to use a little flash, ok there some who know too much but there like only 10-15 so whats the big deal. ok lets stop spamming the forums now please and let people share there thoughts

yea thats kinda weird, flash and programed bots don’t have a connection between them so its kinda impossible i think

No flash, no javascript, no iframes, no forms due to security concerns here at wordpress.com.

:| so many people with wordpress blogs get hacked thanks to some hacker that use password crackers, i don’t think a flash will hurt us more than hackers do , my blog got hacked 5 times in just a week in the past, but wordpress always say that we cant get hacked. So nothing will change actually.

Actually, the fact is we’re not worried about Flash hurting the people who install it. They’re the ones taking the risk. Because we’re on a shared blogging platform, Flash would hurt everyone else using that theme, and that’s not an acceptable risk. If you’re picking passwords that are that easily hacked, I don’t think everyone else using the same theme should have all of their security left up to you.

Don’t make your password easy to guess. Include numbers, lower case and upper case, and long (10 or 12 characters minimum) and don’t give it to anyone or make them an administrator on your blog. If someone guesses your password, it effects your blog.
If you introduce flash on your blog that is not secure and allows someone to breach security you could be responsible for bringing down a half million blogs. We all share the same underlying files.
Don’t look for flash, javascript, iframes or forms anytime soon. It is very unlikely to happen.
