Flash Image Uploader Failed

Must remember never upgrade…must remember never upgrade….
I forgot that basic rule, and upgraded to Adobe CS4, which included an upgrade to Flash, and the Flash Player to CS4 (Flash Player 10).
Since then, every time I click on the Image Uploader, then click on “Choose Files to Upload” button, I get
Error: Error #2176: Certain actions, such as those that display a pop-up window, may only be invoked upon user interaction, for example by a mouse click or button press.

Don’t understand much about Flash, or the Player, so don’t know if this is an issue on my computer, an issue with the install, an incompatibility between WordPress.com and Flash Player 10. Any suggestions appreciated. I have rebooted, so it isn’t that!
Oh, and for more info – Macbook Pro, 3GB ram, Mac OS X 10.5.5, Firefox 3.0.3

How do you like your Macbook Pro? I love mine!!! Using it, touching it,looking at it. Bought mine just before the upgrade (DAYS!!) and Apple waived the restocking fee. Great company.
BTW: I’ve got Flash 9 so the uploader still works. I think you can go back.

Yes, you can go back. There are a bunch of threads; probably easiest way to find them is the tag Uploader or related issues in the Forum sidebar.

BTW, Been using the MBP for almost 2 years – excellent machine. Best Laptop hardware I’ve had, followed closely by an IBM X30 (pre Lenovo)
Obviously transitioned to OSX at the same time, but can still run XP either through VMware Fusion (tried Parallels – Fusion is better), or on my HP2133. Not tempted to ‘upgrade’ to Vista either – limited experience has me asking “why bother?”
Still, happy with OSX, and having superb hardware is superb. Will upgrade to the new range shortly, still with a 17″ MBP, but as the current one still kicking along ok, doing all the DV editing etc I need for http://www.stusshed.com (stusshed.wordpress.com), then I’m happy.
