flash plugins in vip hosting

  hi there,
  I am a blogger and already have my blog running; which is self-hosted, designed and maintained by myself only.

  Most important thing which is bugging me is that I want all my flash plugins [header, menus, small movies] as it is.
  As I am a flash designer I want them as it is.
  Are these plugins allowed in wordpress as my CSS if I would go for VIP hosting??
  And please tell me the overall cost of the same.

  Please help me out :(

  Cost? Last I heard it was $500 per month plus set-up fees.
