Flash sale

    I have today received an email, subject flash sale. Ian a bit suspicious as when I click on the link it just takes me to a blank page. When I try to take the offer via my WordPress dashboard there is no provision for me to enter my discount code. The email address that the offer came from was (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please can you tell me if this is a genuine offer please, as I would like to take it up.     Yes, I checked our system and that email did indeed come from us. You should be able to redeem the discount we provided.

    I wonder if this is a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
