  How can I post flash videos and other type of videos in my wordpress blog?
  I don’t think I have an ftp or anything of that sort.

  A search for “video” in the FAQ’s will bring up a bunch of stuff about putting videos on your blog: http://faq.wordpress.com/?s=video . This one from the list is the best place to start.

  Can I add flash? video? Embed other media?
