Flashing Primary Site, unable to do anything

  I was unable to update a link in our website and received a pop-up saying “Please set a primary site”.
  1. Why am I just now having to do this?
  2. Is it something that we did initially and it’s expired?
  3. When going to account settings I see where it says Primary Site, but the section is flashing gray lines and doesn’t allow me to type anything.

  Hey there, are you still having trouble with this? I see one primary site that is loading without errors. If it’s still happening there, could you see if you have the same issue in another browser, like Firefox?

  If it’s happening in your browser of choice but not in a different browser, I’d bet one of these troubleshooting steps, like clearing cache, will fix it:
