  Hi there, I’ll answer you here because you’ve asked about both Flash and HTML5 here whereas your other thread only refers to Flash.

  It’s possible to use flash only with the WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plans. There are other suggestions for embeds here:

  As far as HTML5, can you give us more information about what your software does and how you want to embed it in a WPcom website? Thanks.
