Flatsom template purchase unable to access it in my themes

Hello, I’m wondering, if I create a new site ( New domain), could I not access a purchased template that I used for another site in my account?
If Not, can I save the current site that was created with the template, and switch domains?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not on our servers and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
