Flatsome problems

    What I need help with is that I have problems downloading and using plugins because I do not have the latest version of flatsome. What I was wondering is how to update this. The error message I get when I log in to wordpress is, ‘Flatsome was unable to get the latest version. Your purchase code is malformed’. Can someone explain to me what this means and what I need to do. Is it so that I have to buy a new subscription, and if I have to, do I need two subscription or I can cancel the first one. What happens to my website when I update to the latest version, is it so that everything is as it is or do I have to fix and do things again?

    Have been struggling with this issue for a very long time and hope someone can help me.

    Hi,

    I’ve looked around a bit and it seems to be a common error many users are experiencing with the theme.

    Example 1 and Example 2 (No need to see the posts, but just examples that others are experiencing these issues)

    The errors don’t really seem to be errors with WordPress.com itself, but with the plugin itself.

    Some users have reported success with installing the latest version and clearing the browser cache. Another user says the same: update the theme and clear any cache, especially if using a caching plugin.

    Hope that helps! But also, you might find more support on the Flatsome support than WordPress.com support.

    Just to be clear, right now you’re posting in the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. Your site isn’t hosted with us, and we don’t make the Flatsome theme, so we don’t have any control over what’s happening and no ability to fix it.

    For help with the Flatsome theme, please contact their support directly.

    For general help with the open source WordPress software you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.com community, who makes that software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
