Flex Slider image not displaying

For some reason the flexslider image is not displaying on my latest post:

And I’ve set these 2 posts up exactly the same (same image size and type set as “Featured Image”. Not sure what is going on! Please help!

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.
