  Flickr widget is not displaying photos as it was. It seems that it might be related to changes Flickr made recently.

  Yes indeed it is and you need to contact Flickr support http://www.flickr.com/help/ like the others who posted on the same issue were told to do by macmanx (Staff) here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/major-flickr-website-redesign?replies=11#post-1274608.
