Flickr Gallery not showing on my blog

  I just downloaded a new WP template and can’t figure out how to get my Flickr Gallery to show up.
  If you go to http://www.webdesignsbyapw.com – at the bottom left hand side is where my flickr pics are supposed to be streaming from but it’s just my icon there.

  I installed and activated the plugin but it’s not showing up. I’m using WordPress 2.7

  Also, in the template install instructions this is what it says, but when I go to Settings menu :

  7. From step 3, once you have installed flickrRSS plugin, you can set this plugin option at WordPress Settings menu -> FlickrRSS. You can view my sample settings here:
