Hello
I want to use my flickr photos on my blog, my theme alows 420px and flickr have 500px, 240px is just to small, so, is there a way to display my flickr photo in 420px?thank you

Yes.
Once you send the picture to the editor (or paste it in, or use the link, however you get it in your blog) you can use the Visual editor to select the image (click on it) and once you’ve got it selected click on the Tree icon above the text box. There you can set the dimensions of the image, but be sure to change both height and width by comparable amounts; it doesn’t keep the aspect ratio when you change only one. You’ve got to change them both.
I put further details of the Visual editor in my blog here:

I’m surprised that flickr doesn’t do a thumbnail with a link to the picture over at their site.
Or is that the 240 pixel version?
