Flickr sets posted to blog

    When people click on the flicker pictures posted to my blog, I would like them to open in another tab so that people do not lose their connection to my blog.
    I found the setting in my wordpress dashboard for links to open in another tab and have selected this option, the flicker links however (posted from flicker, to the blog) STILL route directly to flicker and do not open a new tab.

    Can this be fixed? Am I doing something wrong?

    The letting you’re referring to only affects links set via the Links set of the Dashboard.

    How Flickr sets operate is entirely under the control of Flickr. If they don’t offer an option when they provide the embed code, there’s really no way to change that.
