  Flickr slideshows do not work on WordPress.com? There have been reports that slideshows cannot be embedded, however they embed fine with regular WordPress installations. Why can i not embedd the code into the Flickr widget?

  Because at WordPress.com we have limited embedding options, for security reasons. You will probably be able to embed a Flickr slideshow using the Vodpod button, though. Get that from http://vodpod.com
