Trying to upload a flipbook and I get ‘Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2021/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?’ Never happened to me before. Help!

My URL is http://www.chrisharris.com. On my menu I am working under ‘Exhibitions’ where I am trying to upload a pdf to my WordPress Media Library and turn that into a Flipbook. As you can see in my ‘Exhibitions’ I have several other Flipbooks and they worked just fine. Thanks so much.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
