floating 'follow widget' removal

    Hi there,
    Trying to remove the floating follow widget that appears in mobile devices (i.e. tablets). Not only it floats around in every page but it cannot be removed, not by double clicking, flicking or even completing the form and submitting (you get a floating thank you note!!)

    I don’t believe I have ANY widgets activated, and I cannot see how I can remove it. I am using twenty thirteen theme.

    Under Settings ->Reading there’s an option to show a follow button to logged out users. See if disabling that helps (remember to save the new settings).

    Keep in mind then it also won’t appear for people reading your blog on the computer, so adding a regular follow widget might be a good idea. A regular widget will appear in the footer or sidebar on a mobile device, it won’t float over the text.
