Floating menu

  It is strongly recommended to develop a easy to use [beginner level] floating menu plugin with customizable contents separate for separate pages and relative positioning system [sideways or at the top of page].
  Writing code or java is not much of a fun.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you mean a “Navigation Bar” similar to the one to the left on my site here: https://sonsothunder.wordpress.com/

  You can do it by creating static pages: under the WP Admin> DashBoard> Pages link…

  Hi Shafiqawan,

  On WordPress.com, menus are controlled using the Custom Menu settings and no coding knowledge is needed.

  The ability to have multiple menus, or different menu locations (horizontal across the top or bottom / in a sidebar / in a flyout menu) are then decided by the Theme designers.
