Floating Menu

  Hi all, I am trying to make our menu float across the page so that as you scroll past it will anchor to the top of the screen. Is there any provision within WordPress for this?

  Hi,
  There a couple of themes where your menu stays fixed while you scrolled down. A theme with panels, like Affinity for example lets you do that:
