Floating or scrolling FOLLOW button

    Is there any plugins for WordPress sites that add a floating or scrolling FOLLOW button for our sites? I have seen them on other websites and would like to add one to mine. The FOLLOW button generally stays on the right side of the screen as the viewer scrolls up and down through the blogs.
    I know I can get them for social media buttons but I just want one as a follow button.
