Floating Oulipo theme tagline in Multiples

The “footer” at the bottom of our blog that states the theme is floating across the content in my blog in multiples and random. It looks as though we have created an error. Please take a look http://eisemancolorblog.wordpress.com/2013/08/19/black-is-the-new-black-the-old-black-and-a-constant/.

The “floating footer and follow” – you see that when a person is not logged into WordPress.COM – normal behavior
I removed the tagging for Staff as we don’t provide support for forwarding and masking. It’s unreliable and unsupported.

The subscription for domain mapping an existing domain is $13.00 per year per blog. And you need to have an underlying .wordpress.com blog URL to domain map from to the domain URL.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog and purchase upgrades for it.

After you make the domain mapping purchase here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and do the primary blog set up it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. Timethief has managed to redirect the attention from the issue, FLOATING OULIPO THEME BAR, to something that I have not asked about nor do we have an issue with our URL masking. I don’t have a concern or a question about my URL and thank you to please focus your attention to the glitch in your CSS in your Oulipo theme that causes the FLOATING OULIPO THEME BAR.
