Floating subscribe / privacy widget

    I have several blogs in wordpress.com. When visiting them in some of the blogs it appears a floating widget in the bottom right side, in some it doesn’t. And in some of them you can find a way subscribe and privacy information, in others just the subscription. How can I manage this. I would like to have in all of them just the privacy information.
