Flood through CMS – continous issue

  Hi, I am having overloads and floods of abuse at my wordpress installations. I have plugins that work against attacks, I got my .htaccess situated, I got the login page on a different location. WHAT AM I MISSING? My host wants to shut down all my web sites because of this.
