  Hi,

  The portfolio feature may be activated on any WordPress.com theme. See the Portfolios support page, and particularly its Activating a Portfolio and Setting Portfolio Projects Per Page section for relevant information and instructions.

  Floral is a premium theme and like all premium themes has its own support forum where you can ask questions directly of the theme authors. The Floral Premium Theme support forum is here: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/floral.

  While Floral is not specifically designed to display portfolio projects, it does support them, as long as you turn on the feature – as timethief mentioned above.
