Flounder mobile view not as depicted

  The Flounder theme looks as it says it does in the web and iPhone views, but on the iPad, the menu does not stay on the side as depicted in the customize view: http://onemoreworkshop.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/mobileview.png

  Instead, the menu goes to the top of the page and would be quite annoying if much longer than this one in my workshop test site: http://onemoreworkshop.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/photo.png

  Otherwise, I like a lot of things about the theme.

  Menu still oddly at the top of the screen.
