    Dear WP,
    Eliot (communmity Guardian) has been helping me to get a refund, i did cancel the dispute and paid the invoice to my credit card company as his last email (September 16,2020) suggested. This should flow through to WP in the next day or 2. How will you then process the refund. I have also gone in a deleted the 2 services, the Flowersmakemesmile URL and the site redirect. Thank you for your assistance. I can also tell you that figuring out how to cancel these purchases is really difficult. Even when you walk through the ‘manage purchases’ there is no simple ‘cancel’ selection…

  • Hi Patty Cone, if you’re working directly with the Community Guardians, I’d encourage you to continue replying to them by email. I can see you still have a chargeback open.

    Generally speaking though, it typically takes about a day for a refund to process, and a few more days to for it to appear on your account, though sometimes it can take 5-10 business days to route back.
