Flowfact Plugin doesn´t work in the frontend.
-
Dear WordPress-Team, for Real-Estate we built a whole new homepage: longworth-immobilien.de and planted the flowfact plugin into our wordpress. The flowfact plugin includes a lead generator for house owners to find out the value of their house. When you go to http://www.longworth-immobilien.de and press ‘Was ist meine Immobilie wert?’ in the panel above, you should be guided to the House value calculator, where you can press what kind or sort of property you have. As soon as you choose – for example –
a house the plugin guide you to the next window, where you can deceide how many squaremeters your house has. But it doesn´t work. The problem is that in the backend the plugin works, but as you can see it doesn´t work in the frontend. In our homepage we are using the divi child theme. Can you please be so kind and help us? Thank you in advance for a helpful answer, yours sincerely, Paul LongworthWP.com: Unknown

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host longworth-immobilien.de on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that the folks that created the plugin you are using do also provide support you can use to get help with setting it up: https://flowfact.de/support/
The folks on that site are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
