  Dear all, My website expired since I forgot to pay it more than a year ago and now I’m trying to pay it and get it back to the public but I don’t manage. Can someone help? Who should I contact? I would appreciate if someone can help me on this issue.

  Hi there!

  The domain expired a year ago, but you’re lucky because nobody purchased it afterward. You can go ahead and upgrade your site to the desired plan and register the domain again directly from My Site>Plan>Plans.

  Thanks for your reply. If I register again my domain does the content gets uploaded again as it was before?

  If so, yes that’s still there, and you’ll add the domain back to it.
