Flyers in sidebar widget!

Hey everyone!
I’m creating a wordpress based site for my friend!His designing flyers for partys as a hobby,but a blogs avarage theme’s gonna be writing about the process how he made them!How ever,i cant find a widget,or any kind of solution how can he show his last 3-4-5 flyer in the sidebar, or in the header..so basicly what im lookin for is a plugin,that has got an upload form,and it can be positioned to the sidebar widget or the header,and some file from the “flyer gallery” appears there!
Its a bit complicated,but i hope you know just what im lookin for.

The blog linked to your username is a free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
