Folders not showing up when uploading media.

Recently when I have tried to upload pictures, the folders I have them stored in are not showing up. In the past it worked fine but I don’t know what changed suddenly. After checking, there is couple of folders missing or rather not showing up.
The thing I did find odd was before this happened when I was uploading photos there was more folders showing, than there was. It was showing old folders which I removed or changed a while ago.
I tried copying one of the folders and pasting it and it did work and I could see the folder. Though I would like to find out what happened and how to prevent it or fix it as I have a lot of photos and it will take a long time to copy them all.
I have cleared my cache and still nothing
The folders are not hidden and I can access them fine when I’m uploading to Facebook

Having same problem. I have used this folder for uploading images before but it is missing now? Shows up find in My Documents but is missing when I look for it in WordPress?
