Folding Categories

  I used to use wordpress.org and hosted my blog on a different server. Then I decided to switch to .com because of various reasons, mainly because it’s just easier and simpler. Anyway, I used this plugin that had folding categories. Basically, in your category widget, it shows the parent categories. And when you click on the parent categories, it unfolds and expands out all the child categories.
  I was wondering if it’s possible to recreate that with a text widget or if that’s undoable with wordpress.com.

  Undoable. It would require javascript, which is not allowed in wp.com blogs.
