Remove “Follow” when viewing site
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Do you mean the black tab in the lower right corner that you see when you are logged out (or not a registered user) and viewing the site?
-
Yes, the FOLLOW tab is fully opened & very intrusive when fired up on my ipad (On my laptop the tab is closed & stays in the lower right corner, which is not so bad).
I would like to remove it completely off my front page?
Regards Chris -
That is the follow button for readers that are not registered WordPress.com members (or are not logged in). You can turn it off by logging into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and going to Settings–>Reading and unchecking the “Show follow button to logged out users.” box under “Follower Settings”.
Let me know if you have any trouble.

Thanks for your help Rootjosh,
One more enquiry regarding “Leave a Reply” “Enter your comment here…” it appears on each of my pages. I would like to remove it, may be leaving it on my Home or Contact Page only.
Kind regards, Chris -
We have a support page with instructions for turning off (or on) comments:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/
Take a look through that page and let me know if you have any further questions. I’ll be happy to help.
